“I see healing as less about fixing what’s broken and more about reweaving what is still strong, uncovering what has been buried, and rebuilding what was taken… at your own pace, in your own way.”

When we work together, this is a space where...

You don’t have to be okay.
You don’t need to explain why this hurts so much.
You’ll be met with care, not pressure or urgency.

Together, we’ll begin to make sense of what’s happened
and how it’s affected your identity, safety, and everyday life.

This work can look like:

> Beginning to listen to yourself again (even when it’s hard)
> Noticing how betrayal has shaped your body, mind, and daily life
> Naming emotions that feel tangled, overwhelming, or out of reach
> Getting clearer on what you feel, need, and want (without judgement)
> Creating boundaries that support your nervous system and sense of safety
> Making space for rest and healing
> Learning how to reclaim your voice and values
> Reconnecting with parts of you that feel steady, wise or strong

My approach draws on narrative, somatic, and parts-based strategies,
gently supporting you to reconnect with the truth of who you are now.

And as an Occupational Therapist (OT), I also support the living of your healing in your routines, roles, relationships, environments and the choices you make day to day. Betrayal trauma is not just emotional - it’s occupational. It can significantly alter how you live your life. You can read more about how I use OT in my practice here.

Together we explore what feels possible and what supports you to move from just getting through, to finding your way forward.
