A little bit about me…

You’re likely here because something in your world has been turned upside down. The work I do centres on supporting women in the wake of betrayal, when trust has been broken and everything feels uncertain. I offer steady, evidence-informed therapy with space to breathe, reflect, and begin to find your way. Below, I’ve shared a little about who I am and how I approach this work.

I’m a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT), an APSATS Certified Clinical Partner Specialist Candidate (CCPS-C), and I’m currently completing a Counselling Diploma. Over the past 13 years my work in adult mental health has spanned acute psychiatric inpatient units, community-based rehabilitation programs, and care coordination roles. I also work in leadership, supporting a team of allied health clinicians. Across all these roles, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people as they grow, rebuild, and reconnect with themselves, something I find both meaningful and humbling.

In my therapy work, I draw on these foundations - mental health, OT, and partner trauma training, to provide practical, evidence-informed support for women navigating the complex aftermath of betrayal trauma. I’m committed to offering therapy that’s attuned, respectful, and grounded in real life. I continue to study and evolve my practice to meet the unique needs of the women I work with.

Outside of work, I’m a mum of two and someone who tends to have more ideas than time! I’m a wife, daughter, sister, and friend and a collector of herbal teas, good books, and lots of unfinished creative projects. Nature is where I feel most grounded. Life is full, layered, and not always tidy but I try to live it with presence, reflection, and a steady return to what matters. That’s what I bring to this work, too.

If you’re curious about my background or training, here’s a quick overview of the work that’s shaped how I show up in this space.
