Individual Online Therapeutic Support

This is a one-to-one online space for women navigating
the impact of intimate partner betrayal.

This may include experiences such as infidelity, hidden sexual behaviour, pornography use, or secrecy within the relationship.

Sessions are held via secure telehealth, allowing you to access support from your own private environment… often at a time when leaving the house, explaining what’s going on, or holding it together in public can feel like too much.

This work meets you in the reality of what this experience can feel like:

When we work together…

This is a space where:
You don’t have to be okay.
You don’t need to explain why

this hurts so much.
You’re met with care, not pressure

or urgency.

We work in a way that respects where you’re at…
what you need and what

feels manageable to hold.
Your safety is the first priority.

There is room for what feels confusing, overwhelming,
or hard to carry on your own -
without needing to make sense of it all straight away.

While each person’s experience is unique, this work often moves through different phases…
beginning with stabilising and making sense of what’s happening, before moving into deeper understanding, integration, and what feels possible moving forward.

Sessions are shaped around you and what you’re experiencing within this,
so they can feel different each time depending on what feels most important to

bring into the space.

What this work can support…

There is also safe space for the emotional impact of this experience.

Feelings like grief, anger, confusion, or numbness are part of this,
and we work with them in ways that feel contained and supported, rather than overwhelming.

We begin with what feels most present
and what feels manageable to hold.

Together, we make space for what’s happened
while also supporting you in continuing to live your life alongside it.

If this resonates and you're curious about working together,

  • There are many overlaps in how counsellors, psychologists, and trauma-informed professionals support those impacted by betrayal.

Often, what matters most is the quality of the relationship, safety, and feeling understood.

As an Occupational Therapist, my focus is on how this experience is affecting your ability to live your life; your thinking, your decisions, your roles, your relationships, and your sense of self.

We’re not only making sense of what’s happened,
but also paying attention to how it’s showing up in your day-to-day,
and what might help things feel more manageable as you move through this.
