Therapeutic Group Support
Healing from betrayal doesn’t only happen in isolation.
There can be something powerful about being in a space with others who understand this experience -
without needing to explain or justify it.
These are closed, online therapist-led groups offering connection and guided support for women navigating the impact of betrayal.
A range of group offerings are available, designed to support you alongside others who understand what this experience can feel like
- both the parts that are spoken, and the parts that often go unspoken.
What to expect
Groups are kept small and closed, supporting a sense of safety, consistency, and trust within the space.
You are not expected to share more than feels right for you. Sharing is about safety, reconnecting with your voice and expressing your story in ways that help you.
You’re welcome to take part in a way that feels manageable - whether that’s listening, reflecting, or speaking when you feel ready.
Within the group, there is space for:
> hearing others speak to experiences that feel familiar
> sharing parts of your own experience, if and when it feels right
> exploring the emotional impact of betrayal in a way that feels supported
> feeling less alone in what can often feel like a very isolating experience
How the groups are structured
Some groups are more connective, offering space to be alongside others
and share in a supported way.
Others are more structured and paced, supporting deeper therapeutic work across different areas of healing.
Each group is designed with clear guidance and containment, so that you feel supported within the space - not overwhelmed by it.
